This is a beautiful and spacious chalet on the uphill slopes of Sundance Drive. It is comprised of both a "Main" house which has three bedrooms plus den and a "Suite" with a single bedroom. Beautifully decorated and lovingly maintained, Culzean is an ideal place for large family gatherings. The main house has a large and private partially covered deck out back and a full sized hot tub to enjoy after a day on the slopes. Did we mention you can ski almost straight down onto the property and can ski out across the street from the Valley Trail?

As it's name implies, Sundance Drive is located on the slopes of Mount Sundance providing excellent ski in and out from virtually all properties. The homes along Sundance are among the most beautiful at Sun Peaks and are always large and well suited for multifamily gatherings. And in most cases, you can also walk to the village in minutes since many of these homes are located just above the village with access to the valley trail.

This home is comprised of both a "Main" house which has three bedrooms plus den and a "Suite" with a single bedroom.
