    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 3.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
