The large deck and private balconies,are ideal for outside dining, rest and relaxation. Eclectically furnished in a way that compliments its rustic construction and rural setting. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub and large bay window that opens directly to the forest. The Great Room is fronted by an impressive assortment of windows that allow natural light to enrich the main living space and displays the beautiful vista beyond.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
