Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1). the master suite is about 900 sq.ft and has jacuzzi ensuite with separate toilet a very large shower with 2 showerheadsand 2 basins,the bedroom itself boasts a king size bed,2 walk in closets(one has a lock)a gas fireplace,satellite TV and a private deck to enjoy an early morning coffee and watch a sensational sunrise.outside the master suite is 2 loft areas with sofa,chair and coffee table ideal for a quiet reading spot there is also a single day bed and an office area i can add 2 inflatable mattresses wherever you wish

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1). both maim floor bedrooms are about 14 by 14 both have queen size beds and both can easily accommodate a single futon bed(or i can put the futons in the great room) i bedroom has an ensuite access to the main bath the other bedroom has a full desk for computer

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
