These private beachfront suites and penthouse accommodations- 5 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 5 Baths (Sleeps 10-12). Each individual suite/penthouse may be booked separately or the entire property for larger groups. Palapa shaded areas are located throughout the property for relaxing and whale watching. Upper terrace patio decks with views in either direction of Punta Gorda and Punta Palmilla. Lush tropical landscape as you enter the property blended with desert landscaping. The Villas are individually decorated with authentic crafts from Mexico mixed with marble flooring and granite countertop. Enjoy lounging by the pool or Jacuzzi with the breath taking view of the Sea of Cortez.
The rate and suites you will be staying in will be dependent on the number of people in your group. No other clients or groups will be booked at Beachfront Villa during any form of booking, meaning that each booking is guaranteed exclusive occupancy and use of the villa.

Master Pool Suite 1,200 sq ft.
One master bedroom - Cal King bed, private bathroom, Large al fresco bar/ full size kitchen gathering area with built in lounge seating for entertainment and or dining.
Sea Suites
Two master bedrooms Suites 1,100 sq ft.
(1) King (1) Queen Bedrooms with flat screen TV’s and 2 full master bathrooms. (Sleeps 4). Living room, outdoor dining area. Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating 4 people.
Sand Suite 350 sq ft.
King size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, Flat screen TV equipped with satellite TV, DVD (Sleeps 2), top private viewing deck lounge and dining with amazing ocean views.
Guests will discuss directly with the owner the suites they will be using during the grace period. Please note that rates do not include a private chef, although one is available. This can be discussed with owner during the Grace Period, once a match is made.
