Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 40 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Parking

Parking is free.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Children Policies

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.

The property does not have a phone.
