Lookout tower (120 m2) which was restored in the 1980s on the Elba Island, the largest and most beautiful island of the Tuscan Archipelago with its small beaches and white rocky shores, 1 km from the sea (sandy beaches, sailing school) on the north coast of the island from where you can enjoy a broad panorama. The house is characterised by a large covered terrace and a veranda both with sea view (table for outdoor dining and plenty of garden furniture). The house is surrounded by a pleasant and well kept lawn with barbecue and oven (be careful when using). Parking. DISTANCES: 1.5 km from food shops, approx. 14 km Porto Azzurro, 16 km from the characteristic town of Capoliveri, renowned for its nightlife thanks to its typical restaurants where you can try excellent fish accompanied by the island's good Ansonaco wine, 15 km from the golf course of Acquabona.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV), kitchen (microwave, freezer, dishwasher) with divan bed and access to the equipped veranda. Going down a stairway you access the lower floor where there is 1 double bedroom with access from the outside and with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bedroom with bunk beds. It is possible to rent a rubber dinghy to be paid for on the spot. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
