Apartment (75 m2) in a residence of 19 accommodations immersed in the greenery, an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday by the sea appreciating the natural beauty of the island, the largest one among the Tuscan Archipelago. Small private garden. Swimming pool (16x8) (15/5-30/9) shared with the other apartments. Two parking spaces available.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: portico (15 m2) equipped with table and chairs, living/dining room (TV) with access to the portico and two single divan beds, kitchen (microwave oven, fridge with freezer) with access to the portico, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Washing machine, open-air shower and barbecue outside. Simple furniture. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 0.3 km beach (pebbles, bar, restaurant, boat and dingy hire, sailing school), 8 km Porto Ferraio (all kinds of shops, embarkation point), 10 km Capoliveri (typical restaurants), 4 km horse-riding, 4 km golf course, 11 km Porto Azzurro.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
