Cosy holiday house (80 m2) situated on the north-east side of Elba Island, the largest archipelago in Tuscany. The Marina property is situated in one of the greenest areas on the island and enjoys a view of the sea in the distance and reaches as far as the Tyrrhenian coast. The house is surrounded by spacious grounds made up of terracings, one of which is located in front of the living room and is equipped with table and lounge chairs for outdoor dining. Below the property, among the greenery, passes a secondary road. Car park. The last 150 m of road is not asphalted. DISTANCES: 2.5 km the characteristic village of Cavo (all kinds of shops). 10 km from Rio Marina, another important centre on the island, and 20 km from Porto Azzurro. The sea is approx. 1 km away as the crow flies, but can be reached by car (approx. 2.4 km) (Frugoso beach, Cala delle Alghe (sandy and rocky shore). In the small town of Cavo you can find a sailing club, a diving centre, a sailing school and a pleasure boat berth).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. (all of the rooms have French-doors with direct access to the outside): living room with fireplace (air conditioning), TV, dining area (communicating with the living room), 1 double bedroom (air conditioning), kitchen (dishwasher, oven, freezer), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: study with double divan bed (passageway to bedroom) and moveable air conditioner, 1 double bedroom (air conditioning), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Simple but very functional furnishings which are also in perfect accordance with the house (many rustic pieces). Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
