The villa is made up of double bedrooms that can be rented separately or as a complex. Besides, you'll have the chance to enjoy the beautiful sea and beaches of the sunny Elba island.
Layout: one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a small apt, made up of two double bedrooms (one with king-size bed, the other one with twin beds) with en-suite bathroom.

    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    5% fee charged when using PayPal
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
