1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large second floor master suite. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy a wonderful view of the emerald sea from the second floor patio connected to this room.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2).
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This room is connected to the second floor terrace with wonderful views of the coast.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The views are spectacular. The first and second floor patios have great views of the beach. And, if you go to the roof you can enjoy a complete 360 view of the ocean to the north or the natural reserve to the south. The roof is also a magnificant place for private suntanning and watching the sunsets.
• Cancun International Airport is within a 120 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The Restaurants and Shops are located around the main plaza, just a ten minute walk from the home.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Canoe.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
