Our Guest House is situated high on a river lot to maximize the mountain view and still have the sight and sound of the noisy Coosawattee River.
Step inside and notice the theme for this vacation rental—Comfort and Relaxation! The great room boasts 20-foot ceilings, a soaring stone hearth with gas fireplace and unique mountain furniture. The fully appointed kitchen with seating for 8 opens out to the 54-foot screened porch and seating for 4 more guests. On the porch, you’ll find our favorite cabin amenity: the view! The guest bathroom, laundry room and master suite complete the main level. Need more sleeping space? Follow the pine railing upstairs to three more bedrooms. On a cool night you'll want to open the windows and listen to the river as you drift off to sleep. There's also a sofabed downstairs, along with a 35"TV with surround sound, a game table, a library, and more! We hope we have filled the cabin with the amenities you are looking for. This is our future home, so please remember there is no smoking in the cabin or in the screened areas, and we do not accept pets.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Historic Downtown Ellijay is about 15 minutes away. There is a Super Walmart/Lowes/other retail shops about 10 minutes away. Bait and tackle, restaurant and other shops are located just outside the resort. Ellijay boasts several recommended restaurants. Info available upon request.
• River is located within a 5 minute(s) walk.
• Nearby Attractions: Coosawattee River Fishing, kayaking, canoeing, tubing in the resort. Hiking and biking trails located throughout the area. Carter's Lake is adjacent to the resort. There are several accesses, including a marina and dam area.
Cartecay whitewater rafting about 25 minutes away. Amicalola Falls State Park is about an hour away. Marietta (30 minutes) has a large water park and Atlanta (one hour) has Six Flags Theme Park.
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.

If booking less than 30 days prior to arrival, full amount required at booking.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
