Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300.00 USD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded. Please note: While the owner does not charge a surcharge for Paypal or credit card payments, any costs to the owner for these payments will be deducted from your refund, should you cancel the stay. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival only the security deposit is refunded

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 130.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 6 nights in duration.

Adult guests must be 25 years or older. The responsible person with the group must be at least 25 years old

Parking

A fee or refundable deposit is collected for parking. One-time fee of 20.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Parking fee is paid to a local third party.
