Terms And Conditions

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 185.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 35.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 90 percent of all payments are refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the property is re-rented.

Parking is free.
