1 Double Bed. Full height double glazed doors open onto a paved courtyard. This bedroom is ensuite with bathroom 1. The bed is fitted with a luxury mattress, king-sized duvet, and matching linen. The room is carpeted throughout and is fitted with handmade furniture, wardrobe with ample hanging space, chest of drawers, bedside cupboards and lights.
2 Single/Twin Beds. Two luxury single beds, combination robe (ample hanging space plus drawers), console table and mirror, bedside table and lamp. High quality furnishings similar to master bedroom.
1 Single/Twin Bed. One single bed with a full size hideaway bed for use if required for one more person. Combination robe with bedside cupboard and lamp.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
There is a view to the south of the South Downs and in other directions over the farm and farmland.
Located on a small family-run working farm rearing free range roasting chickens and a flock of Beulah Speckleface sheep for lamb and mutton. We have two luxury self-catering cottages available. Our cottages both open out onto a large enclosed paved courtyard with planting in tubs, tables, chairs and parasols. A barbeque is provided. A welcome pack is provided on arrival and we offer a shopping service for new arrivals by prior arrangement. Each of our cottages has a washer in their kitchens. There is a dryer in a separate utility room accessed from outside, which is shared between both cottages.

• London Gatwick airport is 30 minutes drive away, and London Heathrow airport is 90 minutes drive. There are frequent train services to London from Haywards Heath Station about 5 miles away. The trains to London also pass through Gatwick airport. There is a station in Plumpton Green with a service to coastal towns further east, and a less frequent service to London.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several local golf courses within a few minutes drive, and the East Sussex National Golf Club is less than 30 minutes drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). This is a country area with no sidewalks. There are a number of local shops, and pubs that serve food within a few minutes drive.
• The closest beach is at Brighton about 15 miles away. There are many others further along the coast.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
We will attempt to re-rent the cottage, and if we are successful, we will return the deposit less any expenses incurred. We do strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
