• Nearest national railway stations are Carlisle which is a 35 minute drive or Newcastle which is a 45 minute drive. Nearest local train stations are Brampton and Milton which are both within a 20 minute drive. Nearest International Airport is in Newcastle (1 Hour drive) or alternatively the nearest local airport is in Carlise Airport (30 minute drive).
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The nearest golf course is at Brampton approximately 20 minute drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a number of local pubs within 5 miles radius. Those are The Crossings, The Drove Inn and Bailey Mill. Nearest shop is Brampton or Longtown 10 miles.
• White Lyne is a private river with fishing rights which runs through the owners land and is within a 5 minute walk of the premises. There are a multitude of tarns, lakes and rivers within the area which are accessible either by foot or by car.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Personal cheques are accepted as methods of payment provided the cheque has been received a minimum of 3 working days prior to the proposed occupation date.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of To Be Paid on Arrival will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
