Harbour Hill is a beautiful home situated high on a hilltop in the centre of English Harbour overlooking the yacht marinas of Falmouth Harbour on the south coast of Antigua.

The exclusive property sits in one and a half acres of attratively landscaped private gardens with lawns, mature trees and a breathtaking array of tropical plants. Remote controlled electric gates and the secluded location ensure complete privacy. Seclusion however doesn't mean isolation. One of Antigua's most idyllic beaches is only a 2-minute walk away and the restaurants, shops, boats, diving and sports facilities of Falmouth Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard are within easy walking distance too.

The 6-bedroom luxury villa is exquisitely furnished in an exotic mixture of Asian and New England styles and can accommodate up to 12 guests in perfect comfort. To enhance your stay there is a lovely maid who will clean the rooms and do your laundry 5 days a week.

All bedrooms are air-contioned. On the main level are three very large doubles with en-suite facilities and a fourth smaller double with its own private bathroom across the hall. Two hillside bedroom suites, both with en-suite facilities and dressing rooms are approached from a separate walkway. Four bedrooms have harbour views, the othe two overlook the gardens. The master bedroom also boasts a large private terrace with spectacular harbour & sea views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious open-plan reception room where seven sets of french doors open onto the broad verandas that surround the house, leading to multiple dining areas and a large pool and poolside gazebo allowing you to experience the best of the Caribbean inside/outside living style. Beneath the panoramic terraces some of the world’s most amazing yachts lay at anchor adding to the incredible views.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 120 days before the commencement of the rental period, 180 days for premium weeks (Christmas, New Year and race weeks), the full amount of the deposit less US$500 will be refunded. Should you cancel after 120 days, 180 days for premium weeks, we will endeavour to find alternative guests for the rental period and reimburse you accordingly. Should we be unable to do this then the rental amounts paid cannot be refunded. In the event of the property being damaged before the rental period by: a hurricane, earthquake, fire or other natural cause, making the property uninhabitable, any deposit received will be returned to the guests immediately with no deductions for costs. The owners in such an event would not be responsible for guests' air fares or other incurred costs. In the circumstances we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
