The Villa has magnificent views over the harbour and beyond.
The Villa is within walking distance of English & Falmouth harbours and all the shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities such as sailing, diving and other watersports, tennis, squash, horse riding etc. Golf courses are a short drive away.
The Villa has flexible accommodation and may be rented – exclusively - with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6. Rates vary accordingly.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms & ceiling fans and all, except the Green Room have AC. The maximum number that can be accommodated is 18.
Maid service is included and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife in both English & Falmouth harbours a short walk away.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Both English and Falmouth harbours have some of the beautiful beaches Antigua is famous for. Beaches are about 5 minutes drive away.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
