The property sits directly above the Antigua Yacht Club Marina and has stunning views over Falmouth Bay.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Two golf courses within a 25 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars - both simple and fine dining as well as a good selection of shops including delis, clothes, and gift shops in English Harbour. All within easy walking distance of the property.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Short walk to beautiful safe beach with pristine waters and charming bar/restaurant.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
