The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped and feature all new, modern appliances. The dining area and great room are both large enough to comfortably accommodate a family or group of eight.
1 Double Bed and 1 Single/Twin Bed. This bedroom has both full and twin beds with ceiling fans, reading lamps and ensuite bath. This spacious bedroom opens onto the cool veranda and its wonderful views.
2 Double Futon Beds. The spacious great room can easily entertain a family of eight and features two futons, as well as local art. There is satellite TV, a VCR, DVD, and a CD player for your entertainment with a large library of movies and music from which to choose. We also have plenty of board games and books available for our guests.
2 Single/Twin Beds. The third bedroom features two twin beds, reading lights and , of course, the large ceiling fans.
1 Double Bed and 1 Single/Twin Bed. This bedroom has both full and twin beds with ceiling fans, reading lamps and ensuite bath. This spacious bedroom opens onto the cool veranda and its wonderful views.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has shower and no basins.
Located between the sleepy fishing villages of Castara and Parlatuvier on the Caribbean coast of Tobago. This area is considered the most tranquil and loveliest on the island. The home rests on a ridge overlooking picturesque Englishman’s Bay and is surrounded by three acres of lush, manicured gardens and orchards. The panoramas from the villa’s huge wrap-around veranda are truly breathtaking...the crystal blue turquoise of the Caribbean in the front and the lush, deep greens of the rain forest in the rear...the views are truly unforgettable.
Outside, an array of flowers and shrubs surround the villa’s refreshing pool (15’ x 35’). There is also a large assortment of chairs and lounges for your relaxation, as well as an outdoor shower for your convenience. There are two over-sized hammocks in the cool shade of the veranda from which you can enjoy the views from the estate and the songs of our many feathered friends.
• Crown Pointe, Tobago (TAB) Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. A vehicle is required to drive (about 35 minutes) to the Mt. Irvine Golf Club. The new Hilton course at Plantation Resort is about 45 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). A vehicle is required because the walk to the various attractions and dining can be at least 30 minutes. Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of activities and restaurants throughout the Englishman's Bay/Castara area.
• Beach is located within a 20 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Although you can view the ocean from the villa, the walk to the beach is about 15 minutes. Note: the walk back is all uphill. Three of Tobago’s best beaches are within five minutes of the estate. The best of these, Englishman’s Bay, is just down the hill. CondeNaste recently named Englishman’s Bay as one of the world’s best beaches. Englishman’s Bay is truly picture postcard perfect... uncrowded, unspoiled, and undeniably lovely. Englishman’s Bay also offers a nice selection of coral and fish for snorkeling (yes, we have snorkel gear for your use). Castara and Parlatuvier also offer excellent bathing and are very close.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 30% (balance due 60 days in advance). A security deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $75 handling fee.

• Smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
