Charming farmhouse that has been restored and split into three apartments, immersed in the greenery of a small well-kept park which is enclosed and equipped. The house is surrounded by fields of a pretty farming estate near the sea, where there are excellent restaurants with sea food specialities and wine from the Piave area. 2 bikes for hire (Euro 10/bike/week). Peaceful position. Baby-bed availableDISTANCES: 2 km food shops, 4 km Ceggia (supermarket, various shops) and the beautiful and lively town of S. Dona di Piave, 8 km Eraclea (beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc.), 12 km Jesolo. A little further away are Aquileia (archeological centre) and Grado (historical bathing centre with beach and small harbour).
ACCOMMODATION: (140 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace, kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine) with access to the reserved and fenced-in garden, equipped for outdoor dining, dining room (satellite TV) , 1 bathroom with shower (no bidet).
1st fl.: 2 twin bedded rooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath. Simple style furniture. No more than 2 pets are allowed.Parking.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
