Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
There is a wrap around balcony off one of the master suites which affords a view of a huge bougainvillea bushes and the street below.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

- Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of $100.00 will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
