With this home you can truly have it all!

Your perfect Florida vacation starts with a comfortable villa with a south facing pool on a golfing development within 15 minutes of Disney World. Stores, a fitness center, restaurants and take outs are a few minutes drive away, including a large Publix Supermarket and a large Walmart.

There is a community pool, basketball and tennis courts within walking distance, along with a 600 acre fishing lake where you can sit on the jetty and read a book, catch a fish or just enjoy the wonderful view!

If you have your own boat then there is access to take your boat onto the lake.

On top of that you have National State Parks within 20 minutes, a winery to visit within 20 minutes, beaches on both coasts to enjoy within 60 minutes, and of course the theme parks all within a 15-30 minutes drive.

Inside the home there's a comfortable living area to relax after a busy day at the parks or on the golf course The Master Suite has a Queen Bed, walk in closet, TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed, closet space. Bedroom 3 has Twin Beds, closet space. Both share a guest bathroom.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable open plan living area with cable TV, free calls in the USA and Canada, plus free WiFi.

All you need is to pick up your clothes and groceries and settle in for the vacation of a lifetime.
