The Veranda and the Roof Terrace The apartment has two terraces that cover a total area of about 140 square meters: The lower-level veranda extends over a surface of 40 square metres and is accessible from three of the apartment's rooms. It boasts two areas for dining and also a variety of sun loungers. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast, basking in glorious sunshine or savouring the delights of an unforgettable dinner to the sound of the roaring waves, this is a place that everyone finds very difficult to leave... The 100-square-meter-large roof terrace is reached via the separate tower staircase. This vantage point affords a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea. And Andalucian-style furniture in the dining area provides the perfect setting for a convivial barbecue enriched with a sumptuous glass of deep, dark Rioja.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 7:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 € per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
