Very spacious, immaculately presented villa apartment. Sea Views, Heated Pool Just 5 minutes drive from Estepona Port is our villa, an enormous house on a hill, just to the west of the town in a sleepy urbanization opposite the sea.Our largest unit is the Palm Terrace apt. Two spacious bedrooms, one with bath/shower room en suite, the other with shower room opposite. There is a light, sunny living/dining room with kitchen off. Great views of the Mediterranean. Large gardens, 8m x 4m pool that is HEATED Oct - April, table tennis etc. Estepona (founded in 1500) is not commercialized or touristy. Marbella, Puerto Banus & Gibraltar are all within 45 mins drive. |

although more than 6 people in this apartment would
be a squeeze.

Telephone calls (inbound) and internet access in office. This Villa provides a unique holiday accommodation. It is a 2 million euros villa converted into special "villapartments" This is our premier apartment and is very spacious. It, like the others, is always presented in pristine condition.
There are wonderful views over the gardens; pool & Mediterranean from the two good-sized terraces. Practically no traffic noise. A 8 min walk to the closest restaurants and a 12 minutes walk to the nearest beach. However, the best beach in the area is 5 minutes drive, next to the Port of Estepona. The old town of Estepona is less than 10 minutes drive.
Beautifully presented at all times. 20 mins from Puerto Banus. Easy drive to Ronda, Cadiz, Seville, Granada, Malaga, Cordoba, and Gibraltar. Marbella is 30 minutes away. Estepona, whilst not being as famous is very understated and charming. Very Spanish with lovely plazas and twisty cobbled streets.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are about 10 golf courses within 25 mins drive. Closest (Estepona Golf - 18 holes) and Los Almendros (9 - holes) are each 10 mins drive. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Great choice of restaurants and bars at the Port (5 mins drive) with a few shops. Larger selection of both in the town (10 mins drive) There is a good and inexpensive taxi service as well. • Beach surface is fine sand. 12 minute walk Beach (Playa del Cristo) is a cove with almost no gradient. Two restaurant/bars with toilets open Easter to late summer. Ideal for children & unsure swimmers.
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit Balance in cash (euros) on arrival. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for €50.00 EURO (Oct-April) per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate. |
