This is a very large kitchen.
1 Double Bed. Master bedroom has hill views and en-suite shower room.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom two is downstairs with doors to pool and garden.
Possibility to put in a cot.
2 Single/Twin Beds.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This is a dressing room/ bedroom attached to the open bathroom which can accomodate two children
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet.
There are lovely views to the hills and mountains of Estepona from the balcony. In the garden are many large palm trees.
The villa is situated in the beautiful quiet hills of Estepona yet is 5 minutes from the port and the beaches. The villa has three double bedrooms. There is also the possibility for a 7 and 8th person to sleep in the dressing room which is connected to the bathroom.
• Malaga Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Due to the new motorway (tollroad) the distance to the airport is 60 minutes.
Sevilla or Granada or Jerez are 2-3 hours away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. There are many golf courses reachable within 10 or 20 minutes by car. In east (Marbella) or West (Sotogrande) direction.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The port of Estepona can be reached in five minutes and has restaurants, bars and small shops. A big supermarket is 10 minutes away.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. The drive to the nearest sea is 5 minutes.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Bookings through a non-refundable deposit of (€ 250). 8 weeks before arrival 50% has to be paid, 4 weeks before arrival 100% has to be paid including the breakage deposit of (€ 350 - £ 250). Linen & towels (no beach towels) provided. Price includes final cleaning. Change of towels and linen after 7 days.
There is a new golf course opening 11 november 2009 Valle Romano.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
