Payments and Policies• Estepona is situated in the ever popular Costa del Sol and Golf and is very well connected with the Malaga Airport and the Gibraltar Airport. The driving distances are 60 minutes and 40 minutes respectively.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are more than 30 golf course on Costa del Sol. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The town centre (Plaza de las Flores) is a 15-minute stroll along a delightful floral beachfront promenade. There are a wide variety of restaurants ranging from tapas to gourmet at prices far less than the UK. • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This apartment is located in an exclusive urbanization at Front Line Marina. The popular Playa del Cristo and Playa de la Rada are very close, just one stone throw away! There are beach restaurants (Chiringuito) on the nearest beach where you can enjoy some typical spanish cousine as fried fish or refreshing sangria.
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
