• Estepona is situated in the ever popular Costa del Sol and Golf and is very well connected with the Malaga Airport and the Gibraltar Airport. The driving distances are 40 minutes and 30 minutes respectively.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are about 30 golf courses in Estepona area which are very well known by international golfers.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is located just in front of the beach, next to shops, restaurants, and bars in the Port area. There are 2 tennis clubs nearby, polo to enjoy almost all around the year and plenty of golf courses to choose from, as well as sailing and fishing facilities.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This apartment is located in an exclusive area at front line marina. The popular Playa del Cristo and Playa de la Rada are very close, just one stone's throw away!
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
