More Information

Washing machine only, no dryer. There are six swimming pools near the villa. This unit has a very large sun patio, with a terrace off the lounge. It also has a many community gardens to walk to and enjoy.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 10 golf course(s) nearby. Estepona Golf is a 5 minute drive to the clubhouse.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Sierra Nevada is a 2.5 hour drive from Estepona.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Walking to bus transit is one minute and shops and dining are 10 minutes away. Taxi service at your door if needed. Bus tours available of the Andalucia (Sevilla, Còrdoba, Granada, and Malaga.)
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. A few minutes walk to the shore of the Mediterranean. There are many beaches in Estepona.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
We accept personal check for 25% deposit (fee added for bank charges) and balance upon arrival in cash or bank transfer.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25 €.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 13 € per hour. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
