Villa (125 m2) in a 2-ha property just 4 km from Montaverdi Marittimo. Beautiful views of the countryside that reach as far as the sea. Peaceful and shady position. Large outdoor area with swimming pool (5x10). Access to the property along 700 m of dirt track road not suitable for sport cars. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance from an equipped veranda to the living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and double divan bed, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Comfortable rustic-style furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 4 km Montaverdi Marittimo (all kinds of shops), 13 km Castagneto Carducci (horse riding), 18 km Donoratico (beaches, tennis), 45 km Massa Marittima, 50 km Volterra and 55 km Punta Ala (golf).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
