Charming Apartment In A Villa On The Beach

This is a charming independent apartment on the sea, located on the upper floor of a large and majestic Villa. It is located on the Gulf of Baratti, on the Tuscan coast, just in front of island Elba. A private stairway descending from the garden lead one to a small bay with a beach of pebbles and rocks. A bathing establishment is a few hundred metres. During your stay it is recommended to bathe in different beaches in the area, also in one of the Tuscany archipelago islands, discovering the variety of beaches in this Tuscan area. The apartment provides air conditioning.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
