Umbria Resort, located just 3 km away from the characteristic medieval village of Fabro, is a wonderful estate with charming apartments surrounded by a beautiful valley of 11 hectares, green hills and olive groves. Our guests can enjoy: infinite walks in green fields and woods; two swimming pools (one with fresh water, one with thermal sulphureous water); solarium; bar and lounge room; open-air games; wellness center with jacuzzi, sauna, massages (fee-paying). From the Umbria Resort you can visit with a short trip the most important villages and historic towns of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
For credit card payments 2% surcharge will be applied.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
