Garden doors lead to private deck that looks onto the Rocky Mountain Range with wicker deck chairs and wrought iron deck chairs and table.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Huge spare room with sitting area, bar sink, fridge, portable stereo, TV, futon and two armchairs. Patio door leads to private deck with chairs and a table.

    1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
