    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 20.00 a night will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
