More Information

Luxury living at it's best. Plenty of windows to enjoy the scenery. Huge deck with lounge chairs to relax in. Enjoy the sun set over the mountains. We have a screened room that is great for relaxing or late night socializing. On a clear night it feels like you can almost touch the stars. Spot the satellites or falling stars. In the evening after the course closes, take a leisurely walk around the golf course. The deer like to stroll through the yard after they get their fill of golf course flowers! The golf course club house is only steps away. There is a restaurant and a sports lounge. The lounge has a dance floor, live bands, pool table, darts and shuffleboard. Our friends say the best thing about the location is after 9 holes of golf. You can stop at the house for refreshments or a break before carrying on to the tenth hole. On hot days you can relax and enjoy floating down the Columbia River. There are (free) natural hot spring pools that you can relax in.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
We know situations arise. If you have to cancel we will do what ever we can to try and book another date. We want your experience to be as pleasant, stress free and relaxing as possible!

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
