Special Conditions
The house is located at the 1st,10th tee box and driving range so the golfers have to be respected!

There are tenants in the basement so the noise has to be kept to a respectable level.

There is a screened room off the kitchen that is great for late night socializing. We also have a huge deck!

This house is not for loud and rowdy partiers! It is directed towards families and smaller groups that want to enjoy the fabulous golf, mountains, lakes natural hot springs or just relax!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    We know situations arise. If you have to cancel we will do what ever we can to try and book another date. We want your experience to be as pleasant, stress free and relaxing as possible!
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
