The view to the east is a mountain view (ski hill nearby). There is a beautiful view of the valley to the west. The house is on a large grassed lot and has a fire pit at the back.

Walk out level features a family room with a fireplace, 2 double futon beds (can also be couches), couch, love seat, television and VCR. The main level area is an open concept. The great room has a fireplace, couch, love seat, 2 recliner chairs, TV, and stereo. The wrap around deck has beautiful mountain and valley views. The deck is perfect for outdoor dining.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are at least 12 championship golf courses within 1 and a half hours of the unit (two are within walking distance).
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A small ski hill is only a 10 minute drive away with one world class ski area only 45 minutes away, a second one 1 hr. & 20 minutes away and a third an hour and a half away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small shopping mall approx. 3 blocks away with a grocery store, video rental,hairdresser and related services, hardware and gourmet coffee shop. A vehicle is recommended to visit the tourist shops and see the sites. Dining is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute drive away. Hiking and white water rafting are very popular in the area.
• Lake Windermere is a 15 minute drive away. Fairmont Hot Springs are only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away. There is a lake and two public beaches approximately 15 minutes away by car.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required.
If you cancel more than thirty day prior, payments are refunded. If you cancel thirty days or less and the unit is re-rented you will receive full refund. If not, the security deposit will be applied to a future rental.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
