Cute lakeside cottage is located in the quiet, family oriented community of Columere Park on the north end of Columbia lake. Fabulous panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and Columbia Lake from the deck, living room and kitchen. Amenities include a community beach with roped off swimming area, tennis court, basketball court, playground and marina. All of these amenities are across from the cabin, just a short walk away. Numerous golf courses and hiking in the immediate area. Swim at the Fairmont Hot Springs which is approximately 5 minutes north. Owner lives next door.

    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
