Bright New Four Bedroom Vacation Home with Beautiful Mountain Views

Bright Spacious vacation home with plenty of room for up to eight guests. The house is in a quiet rural setting, but is close to all amenities. The two upper bedrooms are very large with vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of room for storage in the walkout basement for golf clubs and skis. There is a ping pong table for your entertainment. The Fairmont Hot Springs is open year round and is less than a 10 minute drive from the house. There is an outdoor fire pit area with a picnic table and plenty of lawn chairs. This is a great place for golfers, couples or a family to vacation.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
