Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 29 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
