Additional skiing opportunities, which are short drive away, include Panorama (the second biggest vertical in North America about 35 minutes away ) Kimberly, and Golden (great powder about 60 minutes away). Heli-skiing is just 35 minutes away and cross-country skiing is out the back door on the golf course.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
There will be a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, however a full credit for will be held for re-booking. No refund or re-booking privileges if cancellations made on or after arrival date. Your refundable security/damage deposit will be returned to after a satisfactory check-out inspection which will be completed prior to the next guest's arrival.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Damage Deposit will be returned upon an inspection may be provided.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
