1 Queen Bed. This bedroom has close access to a full bathroom complete with tub, shower, sink, toilet and a skylight. There is a full closet and a view of the valley in this room. 1 Queen Bed. This bedroom has a full ensuite, and a closet. The view is of the golf course. 1 Queen Bed. This bedroom is on the lower walk-out level. It includes a full bath with shower, toilet, and sink as well as a view to the golf course and mountains. It is very private and adjoins the lower living area through double doors, with sofa, television and VCR.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.

This unit features amazing views of the mountains to the east and west as well as the valley and offers views of three separate golf courses! Enjoy views from the units' 360° wrap around deck. The unit is located on Mountainside golf course and allows for a view down the second fairway. Because it is set well back from the access road, trees and greenery in their natural state create great scenic views.

• Calgary International Airport is three hours away and the Cranbrook airport is one hour and fifteen minutes away.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This vacation unit is located on Mountainside golf course, and is within walking distance to two others (Riverside and Fairmont Creekside Resort). There are sixteen other courses within one hour.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Fairmont ski hill is a ten minute drive away. Panorama and Kimberly ski areas are about one hour away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Local shopping includes a video store, supermarket, coffee bar, pub, gift shops, and more. Dining ranges from casual to formal in Fairmont. Fine dining can be found at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort Lodge. Invermere is fifteen minutes away and offers every amenity and several dining options.
• This vacation home is located fifteen minutes from Lake Windermere and ten minutes north of Columbia Lake. There is a beach area at Lake Windermere, which is a fifteen minute drive.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Full payment is required upon receiving the keys.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
