Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
* completion of a renters information sheet will be required to finalize the booking, which details identification i.e. Credit card info as well as drivers license information* *Damage deposit will be released within 30 days of vacating the property, less any charges for damages, cleaning fees in excess of the usual fee charged by our cleaning company, or missing items.
