    There is an extremely well-manicured golf course to our rear, mountains to the front of the unit. A short trek off property will take you to a free hot pool and waterfall which many people love to find and use. Or take a quick drive up to the famous Fairmont Hot Springs.

    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Look out your patio door...the golf course is right there. Or travel around a bit to access 12 other golf courses.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Unlimited skiing opportunities from world class Panorama to Golden, Kimberley, Fernie, Lake Louise or Banff. Panorama is close while the others are at least an hour's drive away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Fairmont Hot Springs has great amenities within walking distance. One of our favorite places to eat is a Greek take-out restaurant within about a 10 minute walk. There are lots of small shops, Internet Cafes, and a large grocery store within a few minutes drive.
    • The drive to Invermere is about 20 minutes which is on a huge lake complete with a wide variety of water sports and water sport rentals. Invermere has a terrific beach, picnic area, and typical beach town amernities...small shops, restaurants, and larger grocery stores. Very convenient. Visit Invermere any time of year.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
