Prepare your favorite food in our well equipped kitchen, or barbecue and eat on our private deck. Hiking Trails nearby lead to a waterfall under which you can swim, or to great views of Columbia Lake, Windemere Lake and the Valley, and to Fairmont Hot Springs Resort.

This 2nd floor end Unit has spectacular views to the West of the Columbia Valley and the Purcell Mountains. Enjoy mountain sunsets from the living and dining areas, or while sitting on the deck. To the South, view the Hoodoos, and from the Master Bedroom and East deck watch the sunrise over the rugged Fairmont Range of the Rocky Mountains.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). There is a Grocery Store and shopping complex with coffee shop, Pub, 2 Golf Course Clubhouses and fast food 5 minutes away by car. There is Fine Dining at Fairmont Lodge, also 5 minutes away. Inveremere, Windemere, and Radium all have Restaurants and other facilities and are about a 20 minute drive.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
