The large bedroom/living room opens to a private terrace and steps that lead to the swimming pool offering maximum comfort and convenience. A well fitted kitchen and bathroom are both separate from the main living room area.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This spacious room is air conditioned. The dressing room leads off the bedroom through to a domed bathroom. The bedroom also has its own private terrace with steps down to the pool.

The property is located on the South side of the Island on the edge of Turtle Bay cliff, commanding magnificent views of Montserrat to the South, and the coast of Antigua. There are other private houses in the area. The location is private and peaceful with terraces overlooking a kidney shaped swimming pool with dramatic ocean views beyond. The terraces on different levels and the roof garden are landscaped with exotic colourful plants from the tropics.

The 2 bedroom house (sleeps 4) comprises a living room leading to an open covered dining area. The well equipped modern kitchen and 2 comfortably furnished air conditioned bedrooms make this home ideal for couples or a small family looking to get away from it all. The pool with lounging deck has an outside shower and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The air conditioned garden apartment is below the dining area of the main house: it is completely self contained with a separate access and sleeps two. It is an ideal base for a couple wanting informal accommodation with a pool and stunning views in a beautiful, tranquil setting. It has a good sized bed sitting room with a double bed, small separate modern kitchen area with gas cooker and fridge and a separate shower room. It's own terrace with garden furniture leads to the poolside. A washing machine is available on demand. The two units are never rented separately to different parties but together will accommodate 6 people.

Distances
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A 4x4 vehicle is essential due to the hilly terrain. Home is in Calvados Heights on the southern side of Antigua where it is perched on the edge of Turtle Bay. The nearest supermarket and general store is less than 5 minutes from the house. There are alternatives 10 minutes away. In English Harbour (10 minutes by car) there are at least 15 restaurants and bars. These are of various standards and prices. There is also an excellent sports complex that offers tennis and squash.
• The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is less than 10 minutes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
