The home is situated half-way up Monks Hill, where it commands a panoramic view over Falmouth Harbour.
The house has extensive balconies and patios so that you can make the most of the views while enjoying a leisurely sundowner. There is plenty of room for open-air eating at any time of the day in sunshine or shade.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 25% (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable damage deposit is required - discuss amount with owner. For cancellation info please see Owners Policies & Guest Agreement.
