    The house has extensive balconies and patios so that you can make the most of the views while enjoying a leisurely sundowner. There is plenty of room for open-air eating at any time of the day in sunshine or shade.

    Distances
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Cedar Valley is an interesting and challenging golf course with views over the Caribbean. Jolly Harbour is flatter and less challenging but includes the famous "Viv Richards" hole and also has some superb views.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Access to the house is up a steep road and a 4 wheel-drive hire car is recommended. If desired, this can be arranged for you at competitive rates. Otherwise, frequent buses run past the end of the road. It is a 15 minute walk down the hill.
    • Ten minute drive to nearest beach. Antigua is famous for its 365 beaches, all of which are within an easy drive of the house, the nearest being 10 minutes away.

    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 25% (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable damage deposit is required - discuss amount with owner. For cancellation info please see Owners Policies & Guest Agreement.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
