The villa is located on a peninsula with views across the Caribbean Sea to Montserrat and Guadaloupe, and views across Falmouth Harbour. There are very few villas in the area and you can expect uninterrupted views of the sea or harbour from all the bedrooms and the living room areas. And if you can't see the sea, you can't miss the pool.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The villa is located about a 10 minute drive from the nearest restaurants in Falmouth and English Harbours, with a few being closer including the local supermarket and bakery.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Our local beach is less than a 2 minute stroll from the terrace down steps to the sand. There are also a number of other beaches, some within a 10-15 minute drive. The local beach is a reef beach, with good access to a calm swimming area within the reef. For the more adventurous you can try snorkelling or even surfing if the conditions are right. Beach shoes recommended.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
