25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
