This architecturally designed home and property is located on Ships Point in Fanny Bay, a quiet cottage country setting with views overlooking the mountains, ocean and wildlife sanctuary. The beach, wildlife sanctuary and walking trails are only a few hundred meters away. Wildlife abounds including an extensive array of birds, eagles and sea lions. This is an ideal location for hiking, kayaking, swimming, canoing and cycling. The ferry to Denman and Hornby Islands is only a few minutes away. This comfortable and well equipped house is filled with light and beautiful vistas. Amazing sunsets!

2 adult bicycles with helmets are provided free of charge.
Access to storage in the garage is available.
