Property is waterfront (i.e. no properties between the property and water OR property is in a community with private waterfront access).
Pacific ocean is a 3 minute walk from the property crossing a road. The large pebble beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
In sunny warm weather the pebbles on the beach floor are heated by the sun during low tide and warm the water during high tide making swimming here a unique experience.
Ski/Board Out is a 45 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 100,00 CAD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
