Apartment situated in the charming historic centre of Polignano a Mare, a bathing resort on the coast of Puglia. It is possible to go bathing (rocky shoreline and pebbles) 700 m away, equipped sandy beaches are approx. 5 km away. The apartment is spread out over 4 levels and is situated in the area of town that cannot be accessed by car and is open only to foot traffic. Public parking 300 m away.
DISTANCES: The apartment's location allows you to easily reach all of the main tourist destinations in central Puglia, such as the famous Castellana Caves, the Trulli of Alberobello and the Itria Valley. Not far away is Salento, which you can reach by taking the convenient expressway, with interesting tours of the cities and towns strongly marked by baroque architecture and art. Within a radius of 1 km are all kinds of shops, 14 km Castellana Grotte (caves), 21 km Fasano (golf course and spa at the Masseria San Domenico), 28 km Alberobello, 35 km Bari (airport), 110 km Lecce.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
